Cancellation Policy - KedaiAuto.com

It is our goal to provide quality merchandise to all of our customers.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may cancel the order within 3 days after we have received it.
KedaiAuto.com or MXN Enterprise as its owner company reserves the right to impose a penalty of RM15 or 4% of the total purchase order amount whichever is higher to the buyer for every cancellation done.
However, the buyers are prohibited from cancelling the order after the goods has been shipped out to the destination address irregardless of the location of the goods at that point of time.
All buyers are considered agreed to this policy upon submitting the online purchase order.
The administrators of KedaiAuto.com reserve the rights to block the buyer’s account from purchasing at the said website if the buyer exceeds the cancellation of more than 2 times in a week.
